Abyei Special Administrative Area

The South Sudan Land Commission was charged under the compressive peace Agreement of 2005 to recommend and coordinate land polices for South Sudan. This document provides a Draft land policy, which I am pleased to put before the nation for discussion and adoption as the official land policy of South Sudan.

Establishment of the Land Commission ASAA

The Abyei Special Administrative Area land commission was established according to the Chief Administrator Order
